I was put in touch with Craig and Mia via brother, whose known Mia for a number of years. I went to meet them at their flat for a consultation, which is always worth doing as it ensures I'm the right fit to shoot their wedding, and we hit it off immediately. They told me the plans and the kind off images they wanted, this matched in perfectly with my relaxed approach to photography.
The wedding started at Mia's mums house as her and her bridesmaids put on the their beautiful dresses and made themselves ready for the main event. One toast to the bride and a quick flower adjustment for the Mother of the Bride and we were on our way to the church.
Craig and Mia and chosen to get married in their local church St Michaels and All Angels of Howe Bridge. The church is gorgeous inside with plenty of light, which makes my job a whole lot easier to do. Once the ceremony was over we had a little time to take a few bride and groom photos, alongside the usual group shots before heading of to the venue.
After seem great food and some emotional speeches I took Mia and Craig outside to take advantage of the now clear skies and the wonderful sunset we had been left with. By this stage of the day Craig and Mia and relaxed about have photos taken and simply enjoyed spending a few quiet minutes away from things, whilst I hung back an snapped away.
